Didion’s Mechanical strives to create robust, better designed, and safer pressure vessels for the offshore industry. Over our journey of more than 35 years, we at Didion’s Mechanical have produced over 3,100 certified pressure vessels.

We have the expertise, equipment, and capabilities to manufacture pressure vessels in all shapes and sizes. To ensure that our pressure vessels can meet the various needs of liquid and gas storage and pumping for offshore applications, we utilize high grade materials to build our vessels. High tensile ferrite steel, inconel and monel alloys, stainless steels, chromes, carbon steel, weld overlays, clads, and a variety of exotic alloys are some of the materials we have experience in working with.

What sets Didion’s Mechanical apart from other pressure vessel manufacturers is that we rely very little on outsourced work to complete projects. Our team of designers, engineers, welders, and inspectors are qualified to take on the most challenging projects. Our facility is equipped with the latest in pressure vessel design software, welding machines, and heat treatment furnace. We undertake complete Non Destructive Testing (NDT) such as industrial radiography to ensure the weld integrity and durability.

At Didion’s Mechanical, we understand that offshore pressure vessel design needs to be exactly compliant with global standards for safe design. For this reason, Didion’s Mechanical strictly follows the regulations laid down by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code (BPVC).

We cater to large offshore pressure vessel design and fabrication as we have been awarded the following stamps:

ASME ‘U’ stamp
ASME ‘U2’ and ‘U3’ stamps
PP and S stamps
