We use a computer controlled gas fired furnace to perform the heat treatment processes. For vessels that are larger than our ovens, we wrap them with insulation and use gas burners to provide controlled heat treatment. If more efficient, we can also make use of electric pads for more economical heating processes.

Our manufacturing staff pays special attention to maintain quality control during the entire process. All our products undergo intensive testing processes which can include radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, and hydro testing. This testing ensures that the product is of high quality and safe.
